Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services offered by Smart TV Repair Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) through smarttvrepairservices.in, phone, or WhatsApp. By booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
We provide at-home diagnosis and repair services for televisions (LED, LCD, Smart TV, OLED) across Pune, covering issues such as picture, sound, panel, motherboard, software, and remote/power faults, for all major brands.
2. Home Visit and Diagnosis
- A home visit and diagnosis charge of ₹99 applies per visit.
- This amount is adjusted against your final repair cost if you choose to proceed with the repair.
- If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis, the ₹99 visit charge is non-refundable, as it covers the technician’s time and travel.
3. Pricing and Quotation
- After diagnosis, our technician will share the estimated repair cost with you.
- No repair work will begin without your verbal or written approval of the quoted price.
- Final pricing may vary based on the actual parts required and the extent of damage, and will be communicated before work proceeds.
- Prices listed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary by model, brand, and issue.
4. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash and standard digital payment methods, as communicated by our technician.
5. Warranty
- Repairs carried out by us carry a 6-month warranty on the specific repair performed and parts replaced, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.
- This warranty does not cover new/unrelated faults, physical damage after the repair, liquid damage, power surges, or damage caused by third-party intervention after our repair.
- Warranty claims must be raised by contacting us directly with your service reference.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Please ensure a responsible adult is present during the scheduled home visit.
- Please provide accurate information about the issue and TV model to help us prepare appropriately.
- Access to the TV and a safe working area should be provided to the technician.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us before the technician is dispatched.
- Repeated cancellations after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a visit charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
- While we take utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, data loss (in smart TVs), or issues unrelated to the repair performed.
- Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
9. Service Area
We currently serve the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) area. Availability outside this area may vary and should be confirmed at the time of booking.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
